Keep the day moving.
Clinic leadership, workforce scheduling, onboarding, employee engagement, and manager coaching inform how I approach coordination and team support.
Experienced in the moving parts.
Invested in the people behind them.
I’m Davina, founder of Trielle Operations Group. My work brings together operational structure, thoughtful communication, and the follow-through that helps leaders move forward with confidence.
Get to know meMy career has taken me through clinic operations, sales management, collections, dealership finance, general management, and product implementation. Across those environments, my work has centered on people, processes, and the details that keep a business moving.
In senior clinic operations, that meant balancing staffing and scheduling with onboarding, employee engagement, manager support, and the day-to-day needs of a busy center. My broader experience in sales, finance, and implementation brings another perspective: understanding how internal coordination affects the experience a client receives.
I’m building Trielle around a simple belief: dependable support should make it easier to lead. I want clients to feel heard, understand what is happening behind the scenes, and trust that their priorities are being handled with care.
My approach starts with listening. Before recommending a process or taking on a task, I want to understand your business, your expectations, and where the pressure is coming from. From there, we can create a practical plan with clear responsibilities, realistic timelines, and progress you can see.
