Select Operations ↗All prices in USD. Introductory rate is fixed for the first three paid months; any subsequent rate requires a new agreement. Monthly retainers are paid in advance. Service menus describe eligible work, not a promise to complete every listed task. Deliverables are prioritized within the purchased hours.
Reserved capacity and personal attention, with boundaries that keep the partnership sustainable and the work intentional.
All client-specific time: onboarding, access setup, meetings, preparation, execution, research, task-related messages, revisions, and reporting. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments. The first month includes onboarding within your cap; the delivery plan adjusts accordingly. Calls listed in each tier are included in—not added to—the package hours.
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Work is scheduled within agreed service blocks; a retainer does not reserve every business hour. Acknowledgment confirms receipt and next steps, not completion. Delivery dates depend on complexity, remaining hours, and timely client inputs. No live inbox coverage, instant replies, on-call service, or evening/weekend work is included.
You receive weekly time updates and a notice at 80% of your monthly allowance. Work pauses at the cap unless you approve extra time in writing. Additional hours, subject to capacity, are $75/hour for Essential, $85/hour for Executive, and $95/hour for Operations Partner, with an agreed spending cap. No automatic overages. Unused hours expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over.
Before work starts, we agree on priorities, recurring workflows, deliverables, estimates, dependencies, and decision-makers. A workflow is one repeatable process with a defined input and output. A project is a bounded improvement with an agreed milestone. All revisions count toward hours. New priorities replace or defer existing work, or require an approved scope change. Rush work requires separate written acceptance and pricing; it is never guaranteed.
No legal, tax, investment, clinical, or licensed HR advice; no payroll processing, bookkeeping, employee investigations, hiring or termination decisions, or compliance certification. People operations and compliance work is administrative coordination under client-approved policies. No 24/7 customer service, sales closing, social media production, or large technology implementations. Client approval is required for purchases, contracts, and sensitive personnel actions. Software, travel, vendor fees, and other approved third-party costs are separate.
Confidentiality terms, approved communication channels, role-based access, and data-handling requirements are agreed before access is granted. Sensitive or regulated work is accepted only after suitability and safeguards are confirmed. Engagements are month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice to end or change the next billing period; a signed service agreement governs final terms. Introductory pricing is protected for your first three paid months.
